I am a lover of change and the new look's lovely. Now tips on how to redesign? Am stuck.
Hey, thanks Sree, I really couldn't do all this by myself. If you saw the earlier design, I tweaked it till my patience and knowledge would allow me and hten I handed the mess over to a professional :)
That said, I checked out both your blogs and they look neat to me! Anyway, send in your questions and I'll definitely try my best to help. Playing with my earlier design was educational :)

There's something about the shadows in the header that gets to me :)
